摘要
本设计主要是一种基于壳体的工艺设计和一种夹具工艺设计。此传动零件主要是一类用于支撑和推动包容壳体传动器械机构的大型壳体传动零件。在通用机床进行加工各种工件时,需要进行定位和安装夹紧,在通用机床上可以用来直接完成机床工件夹紧的机床工艺夹具装备,也就是各类通用机床中最为广泛的"机床夹具"。我们现在制作及设计研发机床夹具时就是为了要做到让机床夹具本身具有以下几个优点:一是要做到操作方便,安全,质量高,夹持稳定,提高机床工作的劳动效率,减轻机床工人的实际工作量,实现一种人机合作共赢,从而可以使它的经济效益大幅提高,为我们国家发展创造财富。
