摘要
摘要:我国农作物秸杆资源十分丰富,年产量高达数亿。秸秆中含有可消化干物质35%~ 50%。粗蛋白3%~8%,特别适合于喂饲牛、羊等反刍动物。我国农村基本以家庭为单位进行农耕养植,随着农业资源开发进程的加快,秸秆的合理有效利用问题已经逐步引起人们的注意,以前多以原始手工为主进行加工,不仅劳动强度大、工作环境恶劣、危险性大、效率低,而且作业质量差。目前虽有部分粉碎机面市,但真正适合农民家庭需求的中小型饲草加工机械仍很少,不少养畜户仍采用原始的手工操作方式切碎秸秆后即直接饲喂,一方面牲畜的适口性差,另一方面秸秆中的营养物质因基叶表面角质层和硅细胞的严密覆盖及细胞木质素的阻碍而使牲畜难于吸收,本设计拟针对上述现状设计一种适合农村家庭使用的饲草揉搓机。
