饲草混合搅拌机设计
摘要:目前我国市场上所流通的饲料混合搅拌机存在着饲料混合不均匀的情况,这使得我国畜牧业的发展受到很大影响。通过对相关文献调研。整理分析出饲料混合搅拌机的发展状况,对其未来发展趋势进行展望,基于此,开始进行本文饲料混合搅拌机的设计。首先对搅拌机的整体结构进行设计,其次,完成主要零部件的设计或选型,根据设计的零件尺寸,开始进行对各零件的强度进行校核,确保其能够完成相应的要求。在完成零部件的校核后,可以将各零部件进行装配,形成完整的装配体。利用现有的工程软件对搅拌机的三维图进行绘制,从而使整个搅拌机的设计过程会更加顺畅,能够及时发现设计过程中可能存在的干涉问题,使设计出的饲料混合搅拌机性能更加完善。
