手扶式落叶收集机设计
摘要
现在市场上的大多数城市的环卫工人还在使用最古老的方式去清扫落叶,并且处理落叶的方式还是焚烧,这使得不仅大气受到污染,是环境遭到严重破坏,而且造成了资源的严重浪费。与我们国家的可持续发展严重不符,作为21世纪新青年,我们有义务去改变这一现状,所以我们小组便设想出这个想法,将落叶清扫与粉碎结合成为一体机,大大增加了环卫工人的工作效率和资源利用率,真正意义上的做到学以致用。
本主要针对的是手扶式落叶清扫粉碎机的机构设计,分别从粉碎机构设计、传动机构设计、电动机构设计和其他机构设计四方面入手进行分析设计。研究的目的是抛砖引玉,使更多的科研工作者参与到环卫工具的创新行列之中,从而设计出更多、更有价值的环卫工具,这样可以大大节约人力物力做到可持续发展,以创造更多的经济效益和社会。
总之,该设计主要研究手扶式落叶清扫粉碎机的机构设计,与另两篇的三维设计和功能设计组成整体设计。
