钢筋矫直机结构设计与运动仿真分析【三维SW】
摘要 矫直作为一种精整技术,始终是工业发展不可或缺的一个分支。尤其近年来,随着社会的发展,人们对产品质量和精度的要求普遍提高,矫直技术发展迅猛,应用也越来越广泛。如今,工业发展方向是高、精、尖,对各种材料的质量提出了更高的要求。因此矫直作为一种精整技术已越来越得到工程技术人员的重视;矫直设备则已经从过去的冶金行业的辅助设备发展为包括冶金和一些高技术领域不可缺少的加工设备。 本文根据分析了钢筋矫直机机械系统,根据所确立基本原理和技术指标进行了高效钢筋矫直机的总体设计,描述了其矫直过程。接着对每个功能模块进行了设计,确定了基本部件的选用,确定了几大功能部件,分别是:动力装置,输送托辊装置,矫直装置。 本文利用SOLIDWORKS软件完成钢筋矫直机的3D总体设计图,然后利用三维SOLIDWORKS完成矫直机二维图的导出,最后对关键部件进行有限元分析,同时运用SOLIDWORKS对整机进行运动仿真。 关键词:钢筋矫直机;结构设计;矫直装置 Abstract Straighte
