土豆切片机设计
本文所设计的土豆切片机是一种体积比较小、结构比较简单,适用于家庭、餐厅、小作坊的小型农产品切片机。本切片机具有很高的效率,不仅可以对土豆切片或者切丝,还可以用来对红薯进行切片。本设计的设计原理简单,利用用电动机提供动力,带轮传动,经过变速装置后,输出轴的末端连接旋转刀盘,旋转刀盘上固定有对称安装的两把刀具,放在盛料箱里面的土豆在推进装置的推进作用下,向旋转刀盘运动,土豆被切成片后从卸料箱流出。该方案结构简单,使用方便,减轻了很多人力。 关键词:切片机;切片;设计;土豆 Abstract Potatoes are o
