咖啡豆脱壳机结构设计(含CAD零件图装配图,SW三维)
摘要 咖啡是当下主流饮品之一,经济价值极高,咖啡豆是制成咖啡的主要原材料,外层包裹着一层硬壳,采用人工脱壳效率低、劳动成本高。文中根据查找有关于咖啡豆脱壳机的文献,对其优缺点进行分析后,确定以三辊式脱壳装置为基础进行改进设计,三辊式脱壳装置主要由两根动辊和一根静辊组成,辊上设置有等距螺纹,动辊与静辊形成转速差,外壳与辊产生摩擦、挤压作用实现脱壳。改进设计内容主要包括:在其原有的基础上增加二次脱壳装置,在原有的静辊上设置调节装置,分离装置采用先风选后网筛的方式,传动系统的设计计算。改进设计主要解决了原有脱壳装置脱壳率不高、不能对体积大小的咖啡豆进行脱壳、分离不彻底等问题。 关键词:咖啡豆;脱壳;风选;网筛 Abstract Coffee is o
