摘要
在日常生活之中,杏仁不仅是很多食用植物油和奶类的基本组成元素,而且还提供着丰富的蛋白物质,杏仁可以作为工业原料经过深加工制成各种营养丰富的食品。随着人们物质生活的提高,人们对杏仁的需求也日益增大,目前我国的杏仁种植面积在国际上是为数不多的有竞争力的农产品。因此杏仁的产量的提高也是我国目前急需解决的问题。
本课题设计的杏仁脱壳机在减轻人们的劳动强度,提高生产率方面起到积极作用。根据杏仁脱壳机的工作原理结合电机、传动装置的选择和计算来完成杏仁脱壳机的整体设计,零部件的结构通过三维软件的装配来进行三维建模,设计一个功能完善、减少损伤率以及稳定性的刮板式杏仁脱壳机。来满足人们对于杏仁生产的要求。
