摘要
由于我国机械行业整体发展较晚,因此导致在焊接领域,我国筒西方欧美国家之间也存在着差距,为了使我国的焊接技术能够与发达国家之间的距离缩短,本文基于阶段学习的内容对焊接机进行设计。在本文中所完成的内容主要是焊接机的结构部分,主要包括电机、焊枪、减速箱、工作平台、上料装置等部件。
在对焊接机进行结构设计之前,首先对其国内外发展现状以及未来发展趋势进行调研,这样可以使本文所设计的焊接机能够符合社会发展对焊接机的需求。在此基础上,确定焊接机的整体结构,以此为依据进行各零件的选型,在确定具体零部件的型号后,对其进行校核分析,确保其能够满足设计要求。
本次所设计的焊接机具有实际应用价值,这与以后在工作岗位上所进行的产品设计已经十分相似,因此通过此次设计可以显着提高我的工作能力。
