苹果削皮机结构设计
摘要
本次设计是水果去皮设备的创新和更新换代为基础,设计了一种水果削皮机,以满足当今社会水果去皮设备的不足。国内水果去皮设备的研发和生产应符合全球对高效、经济、去皮质量、高效的要求。
本文主要从以下几个方面进行研究:首先介绍了苹果去皮设备的相关知识;其次对水果削皮机系统进行需求分析并提出设计方案,然后根据方案完成硬件电路设计;最后给出软件实现过程。最近的一项水果去皮果皮在机械行业中应用的调查在日常生活中发现的,苹果作为一种水果,它是人们生活中所需要的,通过对苹果削皮机市场的初步研究,对国内外苹果削皮机的发展进行了分析,全自动苹果削皮机的设计应遵循简单实用、结构紧凑、性能稳定、学习成本成本低、节约、拆装方便等特点。
