摘要
树脂锚杆支护技术是现在巷道支护中普遍应用的一种技术,但树脂锚杆在实际应用中也存在诸多问题,如支护失效,因此精准测量树脂锚杆的扭矩强度是当前现场生产实践中需要解决的重要课题,依赖专家进行扭转试验分析成本高、自动化程度低,上述情况给树脂锚杆的普及带来了许多麻烦,通过本文开展工作拟设计出,使它能够精准测量树脂锚杆的扭转强度,将计算机技术应用于扭转试验的分析,实现扭转试验的自动化。
本文主要从一下三个方面的进行构思设计:
第一部分通过了解自动树脂锚杆扭转试验机的背景和国内外发展现状,发展自动化程度高的电子扭转试验机并没有很多国内厂家在研发,结合了现在主流微机控制的电子扭转试验机的功能和类型,明确了本文要设计的主要内容并完成了总体方案设计。
第二部分是对机床上各个部件进行设计计算和选型,根据总体方案设计中明确的各项控制要求,设计出了一台摆线针轮减速器,并选择了机械传动部分其他部件的选型。
第三部分进行机床电气系统方面的设计,选择光电编码器和扭矩传感器,分别通过自己的输出口接入PLC的CPU中,CPU选型S71214C AC/DC/RLY,带有模拟量输入接口以便快速进行扭矩显示,同时根据控制要求分配端口控制,完成软件系统流程图的编写,实现能实时控制交流伺服电机的转速,能够在扭转实验中快速准确的完成实验过程。
