摘要 伴随我国经济的发展，国家和人民越来越重视环保事业，最近几年我们的绿化面积得到很大的提升，其中草坪的种植是不可忽视的一部分，从而在市场上诞生了许多不同品种的割草设备，来确保草坪的整齐美观。本文以手推类型的割草设备作为研究课题，对其进行了分析设计。其中第一章主要分析割草机所处的环境，即提出了本文研究的课题所处的基本背景以及割草机在国内以及国外的基本现状，了解我们国家和国外的基本差距；分析电动类型的割草设备的基本分类，大致有往复类型的割草设备、旋转类型的割草设备、悬挂类型的割草设备等等；分析割草机设备在以后的基本发展趋势，比如功能的多样化、价格低廉化、全自动化等等。第二章的主要任务是分析了割草设备在使用中的基本要求，并将市场中使用比较常用的基本设计方案进行了设计分析，并结合常用的方案对本文设计的割草机进行方案的确定，分析了其主要部件以及作业原理。并在常用方案的基础上进行了部分改进。第三章节主要任务是对整机中的几个主要部件进行了设计分析，这就包括了行走装置、扶手装置、电机机构部件、轴、切割刀片的设计计算等等。第四章节主要对本文研究的建模软件solidworks进行了简单的介绍，阐述了此软件的基本建模方法，即自顶面向下面进行设计的方法和自底面向上面进行设计的方法。此外介绍了割草机整机的各个模型的功能以及其最种建好后的基本模型，包含了电机结构部件、壳体部件、集草箱结构部件、车轮部件、扶手装配部件、剪草刀片、导向机构、电机盖板部件以及总体装配部件。第五章节主要是对割草设备在日常中的使用和注意细节进行了阐述，其主要意义在于防止使用者的不合理使用和操作而产生人员的不安全因素以及设备的不安全因素。 关键字：手推式、割草机、草坪 Abstract Accompa
