外圆表面砂带光整加工装置设计
摘要
近年来,国内对于砂带磨削的研究成果有很大的进展,从低质量产品到半成品以及成品的进口和不断学习,使得砂带磨削在我国有了雨后春笋般的发展。
本主要设计外圆表面砂带光整加工装置机构,主要包括工件的驱动和夹持装置、砂带磨削装置和回转顶尖固定装置三大部分结构设计。工件驱动装置由交流电动机通过带传动直接对工件进行驱动,由变频器调节速度,满足不同尺寸工件的转速要求;采用三爪卡盘夹持工件,回转顶尖支撑,提高工件的支撑刚度。砂带磨削加工装置主要包括收放带带轮及其电机、接触轮、张紧轮、导向轮等结构;针对砂带磨削装置所占空间过大问题,设计了三层空间布局,可对径向和轴向进给分别控制。光整加工装备整体结构中由交流直线往复电机实现轴向进给功能,安装方式为反装,可有效减少磨削装置所占空间。装置总体结构研究得出两种方案进行对比,最终选择经济效益较好的三导柱机构方案。
所设计光整加工装备可对直径为60-150mm,最大长度为600mm的外圆表面进行光整加工。
