摘要
随着美丽中国的口号的提出,节能减排在建设和谐社会中的推广和实施,集中供暖相对于局部供暖显示了巨大优势,分户热计量更是受到很大关注。
本课题就对沉阳高层建筑集中供暖系统的设计,熟悉供暖设计的程序、内容和基本原则,学习设计的方法步骤,进一步提高运算、制图和使用资料的能力,巩固所学的知识,培养这些知识解决设计问题的能力。
在设计中,通过对设计情况的了解,确定建筑物的热负荷,供暖系统形式的选择,水力计算和校核计算;以及建筑物的平面图和系统原理图。
设计中采用的是采用机械循环、双管制垂直式的上供下回系统。钢制柱式800×600,散热片安装形式为异侧的上供下回,供水立管之间为异程式,户内系统为水平单管顺流式。设计供回水温度为85/60℃。
换热站的设计主要包括设备的布置,定位尺寸确定,换热器的选型,循环水泵,补给水泵的选型及辅助设备的选择计算。
设计说明书中附有所有计算的数据。
