矿山简摆颚式破碎机的设计 DESIGN OF A SIMPLE PENDULUM JAW CRUSHER 摘要 在我国颚式破碎机的发展挺快速的,不少工业都在对它进行改善,破碎机划分为三个类型,是根据动颚的摆动方法来区分分类的,为简摆式、复摆式、综合摆动式。 颚式破碎机主要用来破碎应力挺大的一些矿石物料,如铁矿石、金矿石等各种强度硬度都比较高的矿石。在建材工业中它主要用来破碎一些巨大的石块还有坚硬的石块,比如石灰等。 本文以型号的简摆颚式破碎机为设计对象,在传统破碎机设计理论的基础上,对主要零部件和整体方案进行了设计和改进,介绍破碎的目的及意义、破碎机概述及工作原理、动力学分析、破碎力计算、主要零件的结构设计和安装运转等方面。实现了破碎机在安全性、稳定性与节能高效等多个方面的的统一,具有良好的使用前景。 关键词破碎机;破碎力;破碎腔;轴 Abstract The developme
