基于压板升降握持梳理的绢纺圆梳机构设计 摘要 传统的绢纺工程的工艺流程,自动化程度低,工艺流程较长,劳动强度大,经济效益很低。团队设计了全自动流水线绢纺,整个流程需要副夹板进行取绵和输绵,由于全程都要用到副夹板,一旦发生了问题,整个流水线都要瘫痪,基于压板的圆梳机构由此而生。本文设计了基于压板的圆梳机构,对原有结构进行改进优化。 本文主导针对基于压板的圆梳机构的改进如下: 1.考虑到梳绵是用传送带和压板机构同时进行输送的,原始的送棉机构停止运作并进行梳绵运动时,绵条是禁止不动的,此时梳绵,会产生梳绵不均匀,不细密等问题,因此,改进了送棉机构以及压板机构。 2.考虑到梳绵时梳理滚筒的连贯性,使用一个梳理滚筒进行工作,另一个梳理滚筒待用的形式,当一个梳理滚筒饱和时,利用梳理滚筒移动机构进行运动,设计出能用于梳理滚筒往复直线的机构或者元件。 3.考虑到输入罗拉和输出罗拉需要动力,利用链条与双联齿轮的配合,将动力输送,两罗拉之间使用齿轮啮合。 关键词:梳绵;自动化;全自动圆梳机;机械结构; SolidWorks;Adams Desig
