泵缸的镗Φ52孔、钻2-Φ17孔夹具设计及机械加工工艺含4张CAD图+说明书
泵缸的机械加工工艺及夹具设计 摘要 此次的研究方向是对泵缸的工艺设计以及专用夹具设计,本文前期主要是关于泵缸工艺的研究,先分析泵缸的结构特点以及它的功用,确定加工余量,设计出泵缸的毛坯图、加工工艺规程卡片以及工序卡片。根据泵缸的性质和零件图上各端面的粗糙度选择相对应的机床加工,确定切削用量并计算出加工工时。后半部分是针对泵缸专用夹具进行分析设计,选取泵缸要加工的表面,确定其定位基准面以及定位元件,设计出夹紧方案,并画出两套夹具的装配图和零件图,对设计出的夹具进行夹紧力和定位误差的计算并校核。 关键词:泵缸;工艺设计;夹具 Process specificatio
