设计的内容主要是对塑料茶杯的注塑模具设计。本次模具设计一共有9个步骤:对塑件进行分析;选择适合的注塑设备;计算成型的零件尺寸;选择适合的分型面;设计浇注系统;设计导向机构;设计脱模结构;设计排气和冷却系统;最后是选择适合的模架。在这次模具设计中,主要运用UG和CAD这两种制图和分析软件,运用UG进行计算塑件体积,选取适合的注塑机,对于动定模、浇口、流道、冷料穴、定位圈的设计也需要用到UG。运用CAD来制作二维和三维的模型,比如标准模架、导向机构、脱模机构、排气系统及冷却系统的设计和动定模底座、动定模板、推杆、推杆固定板、浇口导套和支撑板零件的图纸设计,合理运用这两个软件,进行参数校核,对于不合理的数据加以进一步修改。最后通过查阅相关资料进行设计说明书的撰写,以求达到严谨工作标准。
