柴油机连杆的磨结合面夹具设计及加工工艺装备规程含7张CAD图+说明书
柴油机连杆加工工艺及夹具设计 摘要 本设计是柴油机连杆加工工艺及夹具设计,连杆是柴油机至关重要的组成部分,它主要用来传递运动和力。连杆在复杂的外力作用下工作,很容易发生变形,这就需要连杆强度要高,质量要轻。 本设计安排了柴油机连杆加工工艺,首先分析了连杆的加工现状,确定了两套加工工艺路线,择了加工的定位基准,确定重要加工表面采用的加工方法以及加工步骤。然后计算了两端面和小头孔的加工余量,并进行工序尺寸的计算,验算了加工余量。进行了切削用量,切削速度等的计算,绘制并填写了工艺卡。 进行了磨结合面的磨床夹具的设计。对连杆的尺寸和形位要求进行分析,确定定位方案,选取了定位元件,进行定位误差的计算,确定了对刀元件,进行对刀尺寸的计算,计算了磨削力,确定夹紧力以及加紧方案,绘制了连杆零件图,磨床夹具体图,夹具装配图,以及夹具体三维图等。本次设计满足工作量,能够达到设计的标准要求。 关键词:柴油机;连杆;加工工艺;夹具设计 ABSTRACT The desig
