大葱收获机的设计
摘要
大葱是人们生活中不可缺少的一味调料。但收获过程中的效率低下。而国内的大葱收获机性能单一,收获技术不成熟,国外的收获机械虽然性能良好,但制造价格太高,且通用性不强,不适应国内市常因此,设计一种新型的大葱收获机来完成高效率的收获是非常有意义的。
本次研究的主要内容是大葱收获机结构设计。通过资料查阅对比确定其类型为自走式手扶大葱收获机。该机包含扶苗杆、切茎刀具、挖掘铲、运输链条等机械装置。先采用高速旋转刀具对大葱进行切茎,并用扶苗杆对大葱苗进行一个简单的扶持。然后利用平面三角挖掘铲挖起大葱,通过运输链条实现大葱与土壤的分离,最后完成大葱收集。本次设计其动力通过柴油机提供,减速装置采用二级减速器。利用摩擦离合器控制大葱收获机的启停。
