塑料齿轮注射模具设计
摘要
本课题主要是研究塑料齿轮注射模具的设计。这种塑料齿轮结构比较简单,不需要使用侧抽芯,采取了一模四腔的结构,利用双分型面脱模,塑件利用顶杆顶出。
本文详细分析描述了塑料齿轮注射模具设计的过程,其中包含有几个部分,其中包括有分析塑件材料的性能,设计并分析了该模具的分型面。主要介绍了注射模具的性能与结构,注射材料的优缺点,塑件成型工艺性的分析,注射机的介绍与选择,模具零部件的选择设计计算,模具的装配和过程中的技术要求。
