F50连续搅拌蛇管式换热器设计
摘要
换热器是通过各种不同的介质导热而实现散热的一种不怎么消耗能量的机器。它拥有着极其优秀的传热技术,适用于各种现代化工业生产工作。其作用是极其重要和不可代替的。它是现代化工业发展的伟大发明,有着极其重要的价值。
在进行这次设计的时候,对换热器提出了一系列的标准设计要求,主要体现在对于换热器主体大小的设计、以及如何选择材料、还有后期对设备的维护等问题。通过借鉴以往的设计资料,查阅很多的在线信息、以及专业讲师的指导,并且调查了工厂的实际需求。本设计的主要内容和目标是设计一种新颖实用的换热器,以满足现代化工业生产的需要。此次设计可谓是一波三折,经过6个月的努力,我在导师的帮助下完成了此次设计的大纲。
在这一次设计里面,设计内容如:换热器的尺寸、材料、设计数据等等,均是严格按照我国的设计标准进行。在如此严苛的要求下,我设计了F50型连续搅拌盘管换热器。
