7m3连续搅拌釜式反应器设计 摘要 反应器,顾名思义就是一种用来给各类反应提供一个合适空间的容器,反应器的前身还要追溯到古代用来烧制陶瓷器的窑洞,如今的反应器早已经不像原先那样单调的应用在某一个行业,各行各业都充斥着各种各样的反应器。 釜式反应器也是反应器的一种,这次我要设计的就是一个釜式反应器,任务书上给出的公称容积是。首先要做的就是对整个釜式反应器进行分解,把一个整体分解成几个重要的装置,然后通过各种已知条件来确定每一个装置的选型和设计以及每个装置之间的配合。如上所述,我最先分解出来的就是反应器的釜体,釜体是整个反应器最重要的部分,所以釜体的设计应该放在第一步,通过对任务书的分析,我们很容易就能通过已知数据设计出釜体的几何尺寸,然后要做的就是各种校核,校核合格之后第一步基本上就完成了。第二步就是要设计分解出的第二个装置了,这个装置我选择的是搅拌装置,搅拌装置起着一个承前启后的作用,一个合适的搅拌器肯定是要同时考虑到釜内的介质和釜体的几何尺寸来进行设计的,然后还是强度校核,合格之后第二步也基本上完成了。第三步继续往上设计,这一步要确定的就是传动装置了,传动装置起着一个输出动力和传递动力的作用,它是整个反应器的动力来源,所以一个合适的传动装置也是至关重要的,先根据已知数据选择一个合适的电动机,然后根据选择的电动机来选择和设计其他的零部件。然后是选择合适的轴封装置了,主要是根据釜内介质以及上面确定的各数据确定密封的型式,然后选择合适的组件,之后进行强度校核就完成了。最后就是设计各种附件了,附件的设计基本上可以通过已知数据查表来确定,最后还是要进行强度校核,到这里一个完整的釜式反应器基本上就设计完成了。 这次的设计主要展示了一个釜式反应器从无到有的过程,在每一步设计完成后都要进行强度校核,主要就是为了保证所设计的装置是能够正常工作的,目前来说釜式反应器是适用性最广的一种反应器,在多个行业中被广泛使用。 关键词:反应器;釜体;搅拌装置;传动装置;轴封装置 ABSTRACT The reactor, as its
