转换套机械加工工艺及铣63侧面夹具设计 摘要 本次的设计课题为转换套零件加工工艺以及其铣床夹具设计。在这次的整个过程中,主要的内容包括利用到了制图软件进行有关图形的绘制、工艺规程设计、专用夹具设计以及包括文字编写排版等过程。设计过程首先,先对转换套这个零件的结构和作用分析,主要是分析零件的作用以及转换套零件加工工艺分析。从而了解它的工艺方面。通过了解转换套零件的结构以及工艺分析可以得出选择毛坯的材料以及制作毛坯的形式。制作毛坯的过程要按照转换套零件的结构特点进行。接下来是进行设计机械加工工艺路线,进行定位基准分析以及选择。确定加工的粗基准以及精基准。进行工艺路线的制定,一般制作几条工艺路线规程然后进行挑选最为合适的一条。适合包括路线的加工精度、制作成本以及加工效率等方面。而且要制作一个合理的专用夹具,本次制作的专用夹具主要是用于转换套钻孔加工,夹具的设计结构方面。要做到结构简单,便于操作。 关键词:转换套零件、工艺、毛坯、夹具 Abstract: Part of the preparatio
