DT530变速器设计与计算
摘要
该说明书叙述了DT530变速器的设计和其计算过程,从设计的三轴五档变速器的几种设计方案中综合考虑齿轮的耐用性、换挡平稳性和传动比等因素选择最佳方案,在速比分配后对各种典型零部件先做了结构分析和设计,其中齿轮与轴的结构是重点,因为它们的结构尺寸和它们之间的位置关系决定了整个变速器的尺寸与形状,并且决定了整个变速器的性能。轴系零部件设计完成以后,根据这一点可计算出各个齿轮的受力,整个轴系的结构及作用关系也随之确定,根据这一点可以进一步的计算出轴上作用力对轴系零件,包括齿轮、轴、轴承等做了全面的校核,其中齿轮校核包括接触应力和弯曲应力的整体校核,各轴和轴承则根据各档位工作时的综合情况可以进行灵活的选择,仅校核了最危险的情况。最后根据自己个人的设计心得提出有建设性的意见。
