摘要
近年来,中国模具市场对精密、大型、复杂型、长寿命模具的需求量有所增长,预计到2010年,国内模具市场需求量将在1,200亿元人民币左右。
综合媒体6月4日报道,中国模具协会企业年报显示:近年来,中国模具市场对精密、大型、复杂型、长寿命模具的需求量有所增长,预计到2010年,国内模具市场需求量将在1,200亿元人民币左右。
专家分析,从1997年开始,随着汽车、装备制造业、家用电器的高速增长,中国国内模具市场的需求开始显着增长。虽然到2006年中国模具工业总产值已达516亿元,但属“大路货”的冲压模具、压铸模具等约占总量的80%。已经进入中国的少量外资模具企业开始生产各种高精大多功能模具,但目前仍供不应求。据有关专家预测,在未来几年中,中国塑料模具工业还将持续保持年均增长速度达到10%以上的较高速度的发展。国内塑料模具市场以注塑模具需求量最大,其中发展重点为工程塑料模具。
注射成型是塑料成型的一种重要方法,它主要适用于热塑性塑料的成型,可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。
本次设计是手机按键注塑模具设计,本题已由指导老师给出产品。所以本题的重点是模具结构的设计。本人在此过程是用UG4.0进行分模,再用CAD进行模具结构设计。
