摘要
本文以206型铝制易开盖为例研究了铝盖的成型工艺及其模具的三维造型设计,其成型过程分为基本盖成型和成品盖成型,其中基本盖的成型工艺流程为:盖材→一次冲压成型→卷缘→注胶→包装;成品盖的工艺流程为:基本盖→起泡→起钮→钮整→加强梁成型→切线拉环成型→刻字→拉环组装→整平起拱;在成型工艺分析的基础上运用三维造型软件Pro/E对206铝制易开盖的基本盖的模具工作部位及成品盖的八站成型工序分别进行三维造型。
本文首先结合大量专业文献就铝盖的市场现状进行了分析并对发展前景进行展望,阐述了到目前为止铝盖的研究现状,并对Pro/E三维造型软件进行了简介。在综合考虑国内生产实际及市场需求的前提下,决定选用206型铝制易开盖作为研究对象研究铝盖的成型工艺,并运用Pro/E对其成型模具进行三维建模;在成型工艺分析中采用冲压拉深的加工方法加工基本盖,并详细计算了毛坯尺寸、冲裁力、压力中心以及模具刃口尺寸等,然后对基本盖的成型模具进行了三维造型设计,并对成品盖第一站模具的各种主要零部件进行了设计和计算。最后,运用Pro/E对成品盖加工成型的八站工序分别进行了三维造型。
整个内容详尽充实,符合当前国内生产需要,对易开盖及铝盖的研究设计具有一定的指导意义。
