线圈铁芯加工工艺及钻攻2-M3深6螺纹孔夹具设计
摘要
课程设计是每一位大学在校生的必修课程。本次设计是在指导老师提供的零件图纸的基础上进行的。
本文设计给定的零件是线圈铁芯,线圈铁芯是增强内部插有铁芯的螺线管,当通电螺线管插入铁芯后,由于铁芯被磁化产生了与圆螺线管方向一致的磁场,因而其磁性比原来要增强许多。因此,对线圈铁芯的研究是非常有意义的。本次设计的任务是设计加工工艺、钻攻2-M3深6螺纹孔专用夹具。在充分了解零件的结构后,对其毛坯尺寸、制造类型、基准、加工的工艺路线进行了确定;然后依据设计的加工工艺路线,对每一个工序进行计算。
本次设计出的专用钻床夹具,在减少停机时间的同时,还提高生产效率。在进行该专用夹具设计的时候,首先应该是建立在对零件的工艺进行分析、选择粗精基准、进行必要计算的基础上。该夹具在设计之初就注重结构工艺性,所以本次设计的夹具结构简易、紧凑,操作起来也比较方便灵活。更重要的是它在提高生产效率方面所起的作用尤为突出,体现了这次设计的主旨。
