左手凸轮的铣凸轮槽夹具设计及加工工艺分析含非标7张CAD图+说明书
摘要 本次设计是进行专用夹具的设计,需要自己独立完成加工工艺设计以及专用夹具的设计。本次研究的对象是左手凸轮,在对工件的组成表面,加工要求等进行分析后,确定了工件的加工方法以及加工顺序,安排了加工工艺路线,确定了零件的加工余量,绘制了毛坯图,还对零件的生产类型、零件的加工装备、加工时间等等进行了计算和确定。 专用夹具的设计其加工的工序是铣2处凸轮槽,使用的机床是XK5032,使用的铣刀是立铣刀。对定位元件和夹紧的元件进行了选择,对定位和夹紧的方案进行了设计等。最后,还设计了夹具体,对刀装置等等,完成夹具装配图及所有非标零件图的绘制等等。 关键词:专用夹具、加工工艺、左手凸轮、铣2处凸轮槽 Abstract This graduatio
