顺装云母片复合冲裁模设计
摘要
此次的课题是云母片落料冲孔复合模设计。首先,对本次所要求设计的模具进行了工艺方面的分析,在所得结论的基础之上,选择了顺装复合冲裁模作为加工模具,确定了工艺方案。然后又对整套模具内部的一些重要的装置和机构,进行了相关数据的计算和整理,并通过查阅资料对一些标准件进行选取,对非标准件进行合理的设计和说明。这其中比较重要的数据包括冲裁力的计算,以及与其相关的一些力的计算,其他方面则主要是凸凹模刃口尺寸的计算,以及偏差的计算。另外值得一提的是本套模具中采用了浮动模柄以及滚动模架,还有一些镶件的使用,这些都是我们平时很少会接触到的,它们在本套模具中的应用主要是为了实现精准的定位,确保所加工零件的尺寸精度,保证冲制成功率。这同时也为我们在模具设计的过程中提供了更丰富的可能性。
