前刹车调整臂外壳的机械加工工艺及钻M8螺纹孔夹具设计
摘要
夹具是零件加工中必不可少的装置。夹具利用率高,经济性好,对功能组件的使用和数量少。随着零件种类、外形及尺寸的种类越来越多,设计一套专用夹具非常有必要。
本次设计的主要内容是外壳-前刹车调整臂的机械加工工艺及钻削M8螺纹孔夹具设计。设计之初查阅相关数据及国内外关于机床夹具的文献,在分析零件图的同时对零件的结构和工艺进行分析,明确粗基准和精基准的选择,确定零件的加工余量与毛坯的尺寸、从而确定零件的加工工艺过程、计算各工序的切削用量及工时。
结合任务书决定设计钻削M8螺纹孔专用钻床夹具。本次夹具设计的主要内容有:定位方案、定位元件的选择与确定;夹紧方案、夹紧元件的选择与确定;夹具体的设计与确定;钻削力的计算;夹具定位误差的分析等。最后,通过CAD绘图零件完成零件图、毛坯图、夹具装配图、夹具体图及非标零件图的绘制。
本次设计的夹具其结构简单、操作便捷、生产率高,为实际的生产提供一定的理论依据。
