魅族手机外壳后盖的注射模具设计
摘要
近年来,中国的手机行业对模具行业造成了很大的影响,特别是对塑料模具制作越来越高的要求,在2014年的快速发展后,整个模具塑料模具行业中所占的比重已上升到45%左右,据专家估计,在未来几年,中国塑料模具行业将继续保持高速超过12%的年均增长速度发展。国内市场上的塑料模具中注塑模具需求量最大,其中重点注重于塑料模具的发展。
注射成型是塑料成型的一种重要方法,他主要适用于热塑型塑料的成型,可以一次成型形状复杂的很精密塑件。本课题就是将手机的外壳作为设计的模型,将注射模具的相关知识作为依据,讲述塑料注射模具设计的过程。
本设计对手机外壳进行的注塑模设计,利用UG软件来对塑件进行了实体的建模,对塑件的结构进行了工艺分析。明确了设计思路,确定了注射成型工艺过程并对各个具体部分进行了详细的计算和校核。如此设计出的结构保证了与其他部件的配合,确保模具工作运用可靠。再继续用UG对其进行制图和CAM加工。
本课题通过对手机外壳后盖的注射模具设计,巩固和深化了所学知识,取得了满意的成绩,达到了之前期望的设计意图。
