计算器外壳的注塑模具设计-抽芯塑料注射模含NX三维及15张CAD图-配合件+说明书
计算器外壳注塑模模具设计 摘要 计算器外壳是当今社会日常中的工具。计算器外壳产品的外壳造型很多,市面上不断出现着各种款式,计算器外壳子制品成为最常见的研究课题。制品材料为热塑性塑料ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物),材料收缩率仅0.4%~0.7%。我们通过分析和研究,参照有关的技术文献,选定材料和有关技术参数,设计出这款计算器外壳外壳的注塑模具。由制品图可知,该制品尺寸较小,形状不规则,采用顶针推出塑件,另外,塑件内壁有两个卡槽,为使制品顺利脱模而又不影响制品要求,加入两个斜顶,从而减小脱模阻力,是本模具中设计的要点。其他结构设计在此不再赘述,详细内容见后面章节。 关键词:计算器外壳;注塑模;顶针推出;脱模;斜顶 Abstract The calculator housi
