异形底座零件数控加工工艺分析与编程 摘要 数字控制技术是数字控制技术的缩写。使用数字控制技术可以在生产过程中用语言来描述程序,将数字形式的程序以数字形式输入计算机或专用数字计算设备进行处理输出,并控制生产过程对应实现过程,使生产过程可以在没有干预的情况下自动化,实现生产过程的自动化。 CNC编程分为手动编程和自动编程。手动编程意味着手动完成编程的各个阶段。对于复杂零件的几何形状需要使用计算机使用指定的NC语言部分准备源程序,处理后生成处理程序,称为自动编程。 平面类零件是加工中经常遇到的典型零件,在加工平面类零件时要选择机床、夹具、刀具及量具,还要合理选择机床转速、进给率及切削用量并分析加工工艺。正确的程序,将确保工件的平滑加工,使用CNC铣削加工中心对材料进行铣削,使毛坯材料达到图纸的要求。本文介绍了异形底座零件从毛坯到成品的加工过程。对零件的结构进行了分析,制定了零件的加工工艺内容。选择了零件毛坯和设备,确定了夹具,对零件的加工工艺方案、切削用量的选择、程序编制等进行了具体的分析。 关键词:数数控技术,加工工艺,铣削加工 Abstract Digital co
