CA6140型车床主轴设计及建模仿真 摘要:CA6140型车床是一种典型的车削切削机床,它十分广泛的在机械加工行业中应用。它是一种卧式加工机床。机床的主轴是车床的主要运动部件。主轴组件质量直接关系到机床的加工精度。 本次设计主要针对于CA6140主轴传动系统的设计,主要采用理论计算及cad软件和3D软件辅助同时进行设计的方法。通过计算建模并仿真,主传动部分所作的工作包括:主传动电机的选择,带轮的计算。以及各个传动齿轮、轴、轴承、主轴、计算和校核。根据计算的结果,利用3D软件进行主传动系统的建模,软件绘制主轴箱的装配图,创建主轴箱中重要部分的三维实体建模。进行动态仿真。得出结论验证CA6140主传动系统的计算是否准确,各部分有无干涉。 关键词:CA6140型车床、主传动、主轴、实体建模、动态仿真 Abstract The CA6140 lathe is a typical tur
