Φ35圆螺母止动垫圈冲孔落料复合模具设计 摘要:冲压模具在实际工业生产中应用较为广泛,其中倒装冲压模具可以大大提高劳动生产效率,具有及其重要的技术进步意义与经济价值。本文结合直径35mm的止动垫圈冷冲压成形模具整体结构设计,通过比较不同工艺方案,确定最终工艺方案、并计算冲压力和刃口尺寸等工艺参数,绘制相应的模具简图, 在模具设计方面,首先运用三维绘图软件,对零件进行三维造型,然后对其进行成形工艺的分析,确定复合模具的生产方式。选用合理的搭边参数值,确定排样的方案。基于以上几点进行了涵盖冲压力在内的力参数计算,并对整体结构和零件进行设计。 本课题完成止动垫圈制件的倒装冲压模具设计,应用AutoCAD绘制零件二维加工图纸,以达到加深对冲裁件模具结构工艺性理解的目的。设计借鉴了先进倒装模具的设计生产经验,成功地突破磨具设计中的疑难点,顺利实现了止动垫圈零件的一次冲裁完成。 关键词:止动垫圈;冲压成形;复合模具;冲孔落料 Φ35圆螺母止动垫圈冲孔落料复合模具设计 Desig
