Φ35圆螺母止动垫圈冲孔落料复合模具设计 摘要：冲压模具在实际工业生产中应用较为广泛，其中倒装冲压模具可以大大提高劳动生产效率，具有及其重要的技术进步意义与经济价值。本文结合直径35mm的止动垫圈冷冲压成形模具整体结构设计，通过比较不同工艺方案，确定最终工艺方案、并计算冲压力和刃口尺寸等工艺参数，绘制相应的模具简图， 在模具设计方面，首先运用三维绘图软件，对零件进行三维造型，然后对其进行成形工艺的分析，确定复合模具的生产方式。选用合理的搭边参数值，确定排样的方案。基于以上几点进行了涵盖冲压力在内的力参数计算，并对整体结构和零件进行设计。 本课题完成止动垫圈制件的倒装冲压模具设计，应用AutoCAD绘制零件二维加工图纸，以达到加深对冲裁件模具结构工艺性理解的目的。设计借鉴了先进倒装模具的设计生产经验，成功地突破磨具设计中的疑难点，顺利实现了止动垫圈零件的一次冲裁完成。 关键词：止动垫圈；冲压成形；复合模具；冲孔落料 Φ35圆螺母止动垫圈冲孔落料复合模具设计 Desig
