典型回转轴类零件数控车削加工工艺设计与编程
摘要
本文主要针对回转轴类零件工艺进行数控加工工行分析,它意义深重,本文将对它进行讲述。零件的工艺设计内容主要有零件加工工艺过程设计、加工工序设计、程序设计,以及机床、刀具、夹具的选择等等。重点分析了零件的数控加工工艺过和和所采用的程序结构,例如如何合理运用常用复合循环指令进行零件的粗加工、精加工程序的编制。此外,在加工设计过程中也展开了相应的讨论,并且得出了此类回转型零件的一般加工步骤。
