多功能汽车发动机拆装实验台的设计
摘要
本设计是在研究观察了现有的发动机拆装台架,通过对汽车企业、学校现有
设备以及通过互连网的搜索,对其结构形式、构造组成、功能以及安装特点进行分析研究。发现现有的发动机拆装台架大多是功能比较单一的类型,这些性能单一的试验台架存在着费时、费力、效率低发动机支撑不稳定、拆装过程中观察发动机不便等问题。无论是汽车维修企业还是学校都需要一种功能比较齐全的,便于拆装发动机以及观察发动机结构的发动机拆装台架。而多功能发动机拆装试验台就能很好的解决这一问题。
多功能发动机拆装试验台集翻转、移动、冷磨于一体很好的解决了以往一
些台架所存在的一些问题,能基本上满足汽车维修企业以及学校维修和拆装发动机的要求。
