防堵塞自走式播肥机的设计
摘要
我国的农业生产及农业机械化发展较快,化肥产量及施肥量逐年增加,施肥机械的要求与日俱增。机械化施肥较人工均匀准确,深浅一致,而且效率较高、速度快,同时为田间管理作业创造良好的条件,是实现农业现代化的重要技术手段之一。农业机械产品设计是中国小农经济机械产品设计的重要组成部分。新颖的造型设计有利于体现产品功能的合理性、技术的先进性和宜人性,从而大幅度提高产品的附加值,增强产品的竞争力。本设计的任务是对防堵塞自走式播肥机设计进行结构设计,完成关键部件参数选型及关键零部件校核,包括对动力选型、工作部件结构、传动系统等进行规范设计。
