典型零件的数控加工工艺及编程仿真
摘要
数控技术是技术性极强的工作,尤其在机械加工领域应用最为广泛,所以这要求从业人员具有很高的机械加工工艺知识,数控编程知识和数控操作技能。此次的设计任务是对零件的加工工艺设计与程序编制及加工,利用绘图软件AutoCAD将零件的二维图画出来,用UG软件画出三维图形。
然后是通过应用UG软件、机械设计资料和所学的知识对机械零件进行工艺分析、三维建模、数控加工编程及加工。工艺分析是设计产品重点;三维建模、数控加工编程是UG软件的重点所在,具有操作简单和修改方便等优点;加工是对所设计的产品进行编程仿真加工。
