开放式PLC实验平台
摘要:PLC实验平台是各大院校控制类专业使用比较广泛的用来模拟PLC控制的一种模拟学习实验装置,由于PLC的更新换代,实验平台的设备出现了不兼容问题,本文针对PLC实验平台兼容性问题进行研究。
根据PLC实验平台的实验原理,设计了其的整体结构,划分了主机模块、扩展模块和其他外接设备的安装区域,并提出了通过扩展模块的相关功能实现实验平台硬件方面的不兼容问题,有效的解决了两种型号PLC的兼容性问题及其与不同类型的外部设备连接问题。
通过GX developer软件编写了一个电机正反转的程序,并对此程序进行PLC类型转化,从软件方面实现了不同类型PLC的兼容问题,同时验证了本文所设计的开放性实验平台的可行性。
