摘要
本文开始介绍了数控技术的制造业的社会、行业背景,数控技术人才需求情况,就业方向。接下来主要针对铝合金通讯装备产品的造型设计及各部件加工工艺数控编程仿真编制,首先根据零件的图纸及技术要求进行了详细的零件工艺分析,分析过后对该零件进行了数控加工工艺设计,拟定了加工方案,选择了加工设备、加工刀具、夹具,确定了装夹方案、切削用量,制定了加工顺序、编制零件的数控加工工序卡片和刀具卡片等。最后在使用软件仿真加工零件,确定正确无误后使用后处理功能导出数控加工程序,最终完成本次设计。
