摘要
该设计以支架零件加工工艺为主,主要对零件加工中,存在的问题进行分析,并尝试着通过对加工工艺的改善,达到改善以及解决这些问题,如:加工中的变形问题,提高加工零件的加工精度及表面精度等问题。
加工前,通过对零件的结构特点,尺寸精度,形位精度,加工难点及工艺关键点的研究和分析,通过改进加工工艺,使零件的加工精度得以提高,并且使左右两件的配合达到配合精度的要求,尺寸精度,形位公差以及表面粗糙度的加工通过对此性能在加工中得以一次完成,而且对零件的加工工艺规律进行总结,分析在加工中易出现的问题,提高对此类零件在加工中心的加工过程中的准确性、实用性,以达到精简加工过程,稳定加工质量的目的。
