CA6140机床法兰盘夹具设计及计算机辅助工程分析
摘要
本次设计题目是CA6140机床法兰盘夹具设计及计算机辅助工程分析,主要内容是:
第一,查阅书籍资料了解法兰盘的功用、常态受力情况、机床总成中的机构位置、相应的技术要求以及工态环境,确定法兰盘的主要工作表面和形式。。通过分析计算制定零件的毛坯种类、制造方法以及尺寸公差。
第二,根据基准选择原则确定定位基准,零件各个表面粗糙度要求不一而对应不同的加工方法,并将方法同意规划划分,最后确定工序集中程度以此集群划分工序。加工工艺规程的拟定过程中会因基准选择的不同出现至少两套工艺方案,经过分析选择经济合理的工艺方案,确定工序使用机床并计算出每道工序的切削用量和工作工时,最后编制机械工艺卡片。
第三,从加工工艺规程中选择一道工序进行夹紧装置的设计(本次设计选择的工序为法兰盘4×9孔的加工工序步骤)。首选了解已选择工序的上一步零件的加工程度及本道工序的具体加工方式与相应机床的夹紧装置的类型,根据夹紧力的基本原则和自由度的完全限制选择合理类型。依照夹具零件的受力分析与相对位置选择合适的材料并进行计算。最后整理计算过程与分析材料编写说明书,利用CAD软件绘制平面图,在CATIA软件中绘制三维专配图及零件图。最终完成整个设计任务。
