XS-ZY-250A塑料注塑成型机比例控制液压系统设计 摘要 国内运用量以及产量最高的塑机之一就是注塑机,同时为国内塑机出口的主要品种,在上世纪后期国内注塑机业获得飞快进步,年增速达到至少20%,同时逐渐构成江浙为核心的加工基地。在技术上国内制造的注塑机,已然由通用型转变成专用型、自动等。在运用上国内注塑机主要为通用型,塑料制品主要有家具以及玩具等,在市场当中占比是相当高的。部分专用型如磁性与陶瓷注塑机,因为用量并不高,未能获得机械制造行业的高度关注。然而伴随市场的持续细分化,研制有关的专用机型存在较大的价值与作用。本人设计该机器的目标主要为:为深入而全面地理解注塑机的运转机理及其架构,把掌握的理论知识和实践活动紧密联系起来。 关键词:注塑机;油缸;合模; Abastract At prese
