摘要
模具是由机械零件和机构构成的精密机器的产品。在成形加工部件、引导部件、定位部件、支承部件、输送机构、抽芯机构、按压机构等对应模具的成型装置(例如冲头、塑料注塑机、压铸机等)中使用时,金属的形状、尺寸、相对位置及性能非金属材料可以直接改变,因此,它们可以形成在修改的部件上。模具设计是模具制作的基础,合理正确的设计是正确的模具制造的保证。模具制造技术的发展对于提高模具质量、耐用年数、精度、制造周期的缩短、模具质量和使用寿命都很重要。制造精度和额定速度很大程度上取决于制造模具的材料和热处理过程。模具的成本直接关系到零件的成本和模具制造业的经济利益。模具加工部件的精度决定部件精度的模具寿命与模具材料、热处理、模具结构、加工材料等诸多因素有关,模具的设置和使用与模具的使用性能和安全性直接相关的模具标准化是模具设计,在模具的大规模、特殊生产中设计制造的基本发挥着重要的作用。模具标准化的水平是模具产业发展水平的符号。
塑料是快速发展的新型工程材料。塑料加工成型技术越来越受关注,注塑成型是塑料部件最常见的成型方法。日用品的塑料模具占很大比例。在今天激烈的市场竞争中,电壳的设计成了产品质量的重要部分。目前,便携式电话注射成型模具已成为注塑机行业最复杂的模具之一,难以制造的结构部件。
这次的绘图采用CAXA是计算机辅助的绘图工具。这是一款具有强大图像处理功能的专业的机械绘图软件。
