XS-ZY-250A塑料注塑成型机注射喷嘴结构设计 摘要 随着我国加工塑料行业飞快高速的发展，注塑成型设备的自动化程度也跟着飞快提升。精密注塑机长期依靠国外品牌，挤出装备中的膜机组、精密医用导管挤出机组、双向拉伸PET等市场也被国外的公司占领。所以目前最重要的就是要开发我们具有自主知识产权的国产挤出装备和精密注塑。首先，我们不用在购买外国品牌，节省资金；其次也可以让我国的精密注塑机在国际塑料机械高端市场上占据一席之地。本课题主要设计了注塑机的注射装置，主要由料筒、喷嘴、螺杆等组成，还计算了加热材料所需时间。节能已经是国家重要发展方向，所以生产量很高的注塑机的节能问题也被广泛关注。 关键词：注塑机；注射装置；喷嘴；螺杆 ABSTRACT With the rapid developme
