某型号支承座冲压工艺分析及冲裁工序模具设计 摘要 现代工业当中,需要各种产业技术支撑,模具就是其中一种新型的产业技术,为工业快速发展做出巨大贡献,也为经济发展奠定了基矗模具技术是为一种衡量国家制造水平的重要因素,经过长期技术发展,如今用于各个领域中,特别是电子电器、汽车生产等方面,几乎都离开模具技术。国内模具技术也是不断成熟,能够满足国内企业生产需求,并且可以满足出口加工要求,我国已经是属于全球模具制造大国,相信在不久的将来,我们在模具制造领域也可以实现高端高精度模具的批量生产加工,引领全球模具技术发展。 本次设计的是支承座冲裁模具,为大批量加工要求,需要对本次零件做出工艺分析以及材料测绘,确定工序和工艺方案,计算成型零件的尺寸以及模具刃口尺寸,搭边数值,合理计算材料利用率,确保模具生产经济性要求,同时还要计算冲裁力数值,合理选用冲压机,最终完成图纸要求。 关键词:冲裁模具;支承座;利用率;经济性 ABSTRACT I
