某型号角架冲压工艺分析及冲压模具设计 摘要 模具在现代工业生产占有重要地位,有“工业之母”的美称。而冲压在整个模具行业担任重要的角色,发展迅速极其之快。冲裁是利用模具使板料产生分离的冲压工序,包含落料,冲孔,成型,翻边。冲压技术被广泛应用在汽车,航空,船舶,家电领域。他在人们日常中占据很重要的地位。 本设计是关于角架的冲压模具设计,首先对角架的冲压工艺进行分析,通过分析对比,确认冲压的工艺方案和模具结构类型,并且,完成其工位排版等设计问题最终完成角架的二维图,三维立体图。将所有的参数计算完成后,要对模具的整体装配方案,装配的技术要求进行分析,以便清晰地表达出角架的冲压加工过程。 关键词:角架;冲压;落料;冲孔; Abstract Mold i
