典型汽车零部件的CAM编程(曲面)
摘要
随着现代汽车产业的不断发展,对汽车零件制造领域的要求也越来越高,特别是在复杂零件的曲面这一块,而计算机技术的飞速发展,给传统的制造业带来了巨大的变革,CAD/CAM技术是利用计算机来帮助人们完成产品的设计和制造的新技术,是在零件生产中综合应用的新飞跃。本文的主要目的就是通过使用现代主流CAD/CAM软件对典型的汽车零部件——叶轮,解决曲面造型的难题和编程困难。工艺分析之后选择合适的加工方式,计算出合适的加工参数等等,最终对其编程。反复仿真对比得出最好的工艺路线之后输出NC程序,并在最后提出一些加工程序的输出时的注意事项。通过这样的方式,能使汽车水泵叶轮使用寿命更持久,相比塑料的叶轮在各方面的性能也更优越。
